Endocrine glands include the thyroid, pituitary, pancreas, adrenal, and reproductive glands. The endocrine system works together to secrete hormones and send signals, to other endocrine glands and organs, in a feedback loop, to help the body function and remain in balance.
The endocrine glands are spongy and porous, and hospitable to infection with immortal chlamydia pathogens, H-pylori, parasites, and/or viruses, which can damage and block the functioning of the endocrine glands, causing a deficiency or excess in hormone secretion and endocrine gland signals.
