Imervectin is an anti-parasitic, used to treat a variety of intestinal and skin parasites, in humans and animals. WHO considers Imervectin one of the safest and most important drugs in combating the global burden of disease. In The Origin of Disease: The War Within, we said Imervectin was one of the most underutilized drugs in medicine (Chapter 3, Page 67); and on 4/5/20 and 5/7/20, we posted about Imervectin and Covid-19, after laboratory testing suggested Imervectin was effective in killing Covid19.
A newly published systemic review of studies of Imervectin, since its introduction, showed Imervectin can be an effective antiviral agent, against a variety of dangerous viral pathogens, including other coronaviruses; and may be useful in treating Covid19, particularly when Covid19 is treated early. Imervectin is already on the market, clinical trials are in progress and showing promise, and if Imervectin is shown safe and effective in treating acute Covid19, alone or in combination with other drugs, the pandemic and fear could be substantially reduced while we wait for a vaccine.
